While other companies in this industry do not tend to specifically design a Money Back Guarantee Policy, our company needs every customer to be sure that at any stage of your order you can request to get your money back under a certain number of reasons.
I want to cancel my order. How do I get my money back?
In case you are willing to cancel your order before the writer has been assigned to work on it, we will return all your money back, as the writer hasn't started working on your order and you are good.
If you wish to cancel your order when the writer has already been assigned to work on your assignment, the amount of refund will depend on your deadline and how much time of your deadline has passed until you decided to cancel your order. You are eligible for 70% refund if half of your deadline or less has passed. You can always contact us and we will make sure your writer discontinue working on your order immediately. In case you are willing to cancel your order when more than a half of your deadline has already passed, you are eligible for 50%, as the other 50% will cover the writer’s efforts he spent working on your assignment. Please note that the refund discussed in this section applies only in case the preview version of a completed paper has not been delivered to you yet.
What do I do if I accidentally place two identical orders?
If you have noticed that you placed two or more identical orders, please contact us as soon as possible in order to clarify the situation. In case you need only one, we will proceed with one of them and will refund the other one. In case you contacted us too late and writers have been assigned to both of them, we will consider them as regular orders and a refund will still be possible but under the conditions discussed in the section above.
I have noticed that my card has been charged more than once.
When you see that your credit/debit card has been charged several times for the same order, do not hesitate and contact us at anytime. We personally do not process your payments, but we will contact the payment processor (like PayPal) and will ask them to double check the information and issue a refund for you.
I was informed that no writer was found to complete my assignment.
This does not happen often and we always do our best to find a suitable writer to complete your order. In case we failed to find you a writer to complete your assignment, we issue a full refund for you right away.
In case this happens to an order that required a revision and amendments to the previously delivered order, we transfer your case to the Dispute Resolution Center and our dispute manager will be talking to you regarding this case and will be taking care of this whole situation.
Am I eligible for a refund if my paper was late?
In case the initial version of your paper was late and delivered to you after an ordered deadline, you can request the price for your order to be recalculated based on the new deadline. For instance, a 24-hour paper was delivered an hour later, you are eligible to request your price for the order to be recalculated according to 48-hour deadline. We refund you the difference and will issue an extra 10% discount for your order.
Please note that in case the initial version of the paper was late and you never approved the order, you are eligible for a full refund in this case.
In case the initial version of the paper was late due to a late upload of the materials and instructions, you are not eligible for any refund in this case.
All claims regarding the lateness refunds should be submitted within 14 days after the initial order was uploaded on your personal order page. In case you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
My paper was late because revision took a little bit longer
Please note that the deadline you choose for your order is the deadline when the initial version of the paper must be uploaded to your personal order page. Please make sure that the deadline you see on the screen when you are placing an order with us has at least 30% until your submission deadline, so in case you need an urgent revision to be done, we will be able to help you with it with no extra rush.
The price recalculation and lateness refunds do not apply to the revision deadline, as our unlimited revision option is complimentary and the deadline for every revision is set separately.
I received my paper and I am not fully satisfied with it, however, I will accept it and revise it myself. Can I get a refund?
In case the paper has been delivered to you and you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, we would like to remind you that we have an unlimited free revision policy. This feature enables you to request as many revision requests as you need in order to make your paper perfect for you.
As an alternative, in case you haven't approved the order yet, you may write a message inside your personal order page to request a partial refund for the order and the case will be transferred to the Dispute Resolution Center. In this case, we automatically provide you the Word version of your paper and the Dispute manager will be contacting you regarding the refund option for up to 40% of the price for your order.

I received a paper from you and am totally unhappy with it. I was a full refund and get my money back.
In case you are unhappy with the paper delivered, you can always request for the unlimited number of free revisions. In addition, you can request a new writer to revise your paper in order to have a second glance at your work and that won't cost you a thing. Alternatively, you may always contact our Support team using the message system on your personal order page in order to request a refund.
Please bear in mind, that if you choose the option of a full refund, the paper delivered to you will be posted online for commercial purposes of the company. After initiating a dispute claiming for a full refund you will have 10 days to provide the arguments to the Dispute Manager in order to back up your claim. You may be asked for the paper you submitted instead the one ordered with us. In case the information requested by the Dispute Manager has not been provided within 10 days after its initiation, the dispute case will be canceled and closed.
In case the full refund has been issued according to the dispute case, please note that the paper that was delivered to you will be published online for the company’s commercial use.
